I was breeding and showing Shetland Sheepdogs for 10 years when I switched breeds and bought "Kaycee" my first Cavalier.
I now have several Cavaliers and live in Chandler, AZ.
I have 4 children, and 14 grandchildren.
I am a responsible breeder and I am trying to better the breed through health testing.
I do testing: OFA on eyes, heart, and patella, and hips. DNA tests for EFS and CC/DE, and DM. I have about 4+ litters a year, and my dogs live in the house with us or at a guardian home. I attend workshops, and dog shows and health clinics. I spend a lot of time with the litter: holding, socializing, grooming, training, and loving them and taking pictures. I take them to the vet for first vaccination and health exam. I micro-chip and register with AKC Reunite for new owner. I make a puppy binder with pictures and instructions on their care for each puppy. I include a puppy bag with items the puppy will need the first few days. Each year we have a puppy reunion.
